As an Integrations Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of IT Integrations on leading and managing the overall integration process of acquired businesses or entities into the organisation's existing IT infrastructure. You will focus on leading and managing the overall integration process, from planning and execution to post-implementation, ensuring successful integration outcomes and alignment with organisational goals. You will be responsible for: Collaborate with the Head of IT Integrations to assess target IT systems, data, technologies, and contracts to identify risks, integration opportunities, and challenges. Develop and manage detailed integration plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, timelines, and resources. Work with IT teams to integrate IT systems, data, and technologies from acquired businesses, ensuring smooth data transfer and maintaining system functionality. Engage with stakeholders from acquired businesses, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment of technology systems and foster strong relationships. Monitor integration progress, manage project challenges, budgets, and resources. Maintain records and provide regular updates to senior management on integration progress. Conduct quality assessments, identify areas for improvement, and support post-implementation reviews. Collaborate to ensure integrated systems meet security and compliance standards, addressing risks and contributing to security policy development. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in IT integrations, ideally within a corporate setting involving multiple acquisitions. In-depth understanding of integration processes, data migration, and IT systems alignment. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, with experience managing complex projects involving various stakeholders.
