An independent insurance broker that provides a wide range of insurance solutions for both individuals and businesses. As an IT Change Analyst in the Change the Business team, you will play a key role in implementing and ensuring the adoption of IT and business-driven changes. Your expertise in change management will help create a culture of adaptability, ensuring projects deliver maximum value. Reporting to the IT Change Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering projects smoothly, minimising disruption, and maximising benefits. Your contributions will support the organisation's growth and innovation through effective change management. 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of IT projects, developing change management plans, and implementing best practices to ensure smooth integration. 

  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, gathering requirements, addressing concerns, and aligning objectives between IT and business units. 

  • Creating clear communication plans, maintaining project documentation, and effectively sharing updates on changes, risks, and issues. 

  • Identifying training needs, developing training programs, coordinating sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. 

  • Assessing the organization’s readiness for change, identifying potential challenges, and implementing strategies to foster acceptance. 

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of changes, addressing issues, and overseeing the transition to IT Service Delivery, while documenting lessons learned. 

  • Maintaining records of change management activities, analysing feedback, and preparing progress updates to improve future initiatives. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field. 

  • Relevant certifications in change management are advantageous. 

Experience 

  • Proven experience in change management, particularly within IT projects in a corporate environment. 

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. 

  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities within complex projects. 

  • Proficiency in using change management software and tools.
