You will focus on leading and managing the overall integration process, from planning and execution to post-implementation, ensuring successful integration outcomes and alignment with organisational goals. You will be responsible for: Collaborate with the Head of IT Integrations to assess target IT systems, data, technologies, and contracts to identify risks, integration opportunities, and challenges. Develop and manage detailed integration plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, timelines, and resources. Work with IT teams to integrate IT systems, data, and technologies from acquired businesses, ensuring smooth data transfer and maintaining system functionality. Engage with stakeholders from acquired businesses, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment of technology systems and foster strong relationships. Monitor integration progress, manage project challenges, budgets, and resources. Maintain records and provide regular updates to senior management on integration progress. Conduct quality assessments, identify areas for improvement, and support post-implementation reviews. Collaborate to ensure integrated systems meet security and compliance standards, addressing risks and contributing to security policy development. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. You will be responsible for : Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of IT projects, developing change management plans, and implementing best practices to ensure smooth integration. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, gathering requirements, addressing concerns, and aligning objectives between IT and business units. The team’s goal is to bring new data , analytics, and technology into the corporation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall business. The team will also support the analytics need for any new insurance and reinsurance product.
